Summary[]
Hirelings are Non-player Characters you can meet from the move Recruit or otherwise during the story. They actively help the Adventurers and can be told to do stuff.
How it works[]
After rolling Recruit, you get to roll a number of dice to get the hireling's skill points. Divide them between Loyalty and a number of hireling skills. Each hireling has tags, instinct, knack and cost associated.
At the end of the session, you can make the hireling persistent , and they will enter Greybark as a villager that can be hired by all PCs as fictionally plausible.
